It’s time for a plant party!
Throw a party and invite friends who love plants or want to. I’ll tend to your plant babies and, in the process, teach everyone how to turn thumbs a little greener.
How it works
Think of this like bringing in a party princess or DJ to add a fun activity to your gathering.
It’s your party, also featuring …
Plant basics lesson: I’ll set up a folding table and tarp and do a 30-minute presentation covering the basics of plant care: water, light and drainage.
Plant doctoring: I’ll also provide 30 minutes of active plant care for any plants in your home — repotting, trimming, diagnosing.
Raffle activity: A special plant prize for one of your guest.
Party favor for guests: Priska’s Plant Basics Guide+ a decorative mason jar with plant cuttings (yours or mine :)
I’ll provide materials including nursery pots of various sizes for re-potting, plant food, gardening gloves and bamboo stakes.
Who is Priska?
I am a journalist and trainer by day, and a dutiful plant mom during most of my free moments. Starting in 2020, I went all in on becoming a plant mom and killed many along the way. These plant parties are a place to share the basics I wish I’d known in the beginning in a fun way!
Plant Party Pricing
$150 - up to 5 guests | $250 - 5-8 guests | $350 - 8-12 guests
Price includes the cost of materials, including soil.
